We added our business to the Black Businesses Marketplace in June 2020 and within a few days we had a 23% increase in course sales and a sharp increase in book sales 12% up from previous months, and that trend continues upward improving our bottom line. One of the best business decisions we have ever made.

TBH, when I saw your listing price of $5 per month, I thought "can't be good" but something told me to look deeper and I'm so glad I did. I've gone from searching for customers and wondering where next to look, to weeks ahead being overbooked. Another lesson for me in not judging a book by it's cover, that is paying off big time.

This website www.blackconvergence.com has made it so much easier for me to find and shop with Black owned businesses. All I have to do is type whatever I’m looking for in the search bar and tada, there it is. I recently made a commitment to start supporting Black businesses but soon realize I could not find the products or services I needed. You guys took the time to centralize Black businesses in one place, now I will make the time to look here first for everything I need to shop for. Thanks for that! And another really great thing I love about you Black Convergence, is how you liaison with the Black businesses to solve disgruntled customer situations – helping to mend fences instead of customers blasting Black businesses with damaging reviews. As a Black community with so many issues we really cannot afford to have businesses sidestepped, so if we can work at improving our relations and customer experiences, it will be a huge plus for the Black community. Because of you, businesses can be given a chance to fix their customer issues and further improve their product or services. So loving you Black Convergence 🤩 Hopefully other businesses will take a page from your book!

Bookmarked!!! The first time I visited Black Convergence I found out that a Black owned deli was literally a mile from my home, so of course I checked them out! And their sandwiches are so delicious and fresh. You know they’ve become my favorite sandwich shop. Then I visited your website again just to shop around – well, because pandemic and we got time 🤷🏾‍♀️ and I found the most beautiful nail polish and I am sold.
